It's because they are with a label and want to sell the record in stores too, which requires them to have a parental advisory sticker. Niggas just want to make money don't hate.
you don't have to have a PA sticker to get in stores at all. Throwdown, ETID, Bleeding Through, and The Dillinger Escape Plan all use profanity, and all have their albums in record stores all over the country. No parental advisory sticker on "This Is Love, This Is Murderous" and you can buy it unedited in a Wal Mart.
